The game runs as you would expect a management simulator to operate. You plan spaces for buildings, roads, public services (like police and fire), and more. However, the game goes from the basic to the bizarre, forcing you to consider a variety of other services not usually found in games of this genre. For example, how often does a management game require you to consider how to remove dead bodies?
